I managed and created content for Marywood University’s organic social media, overseeing the full content calendar across platforms. My approach emphasized platform-specific strategy, audience engagement, and data-informed decisions. I introduced monthly analytics reports to track performance, identify trends, and guide future content planning. This strategic shift helped revamp the university’s social presence by moving away from generic cross-posting and toward tailored, purposeful storytelling.
My foundation in social media began during my time as an intern in the Office of College Communications at Keystone College, where I first gained hands-on experience writing posts, capturing visuals, and learning the importance of tone, timing, and brand voice.
